CANCELLATION POLICY

The following charges apply to both lunch and dinner reservations.

  • Please be aware that 72 hours advance notice is required for restaurant cancellations for all parties over 4 guests.
  • Failure to make your reservation, or if less than 72 hours notice of a cancellation is given, will result in the loss of the deposit taken of £10 per guest at the time of your booking.
  • A cancellation charge of £10 per guest will also be applicable to a reduction in numbers after final confirmation has been given at least 24 hours ahead of your booking. We can allow up to a 2 guests reduction with no charge. However, if more than 2 guests are reduced from the original confirmed booking, this will result in a charge of £10 per head, for the total number of reductions.
    • For Example:
      • A reservation for 14 guests will require a £140 deposit.
        • Only 12 arrive for this booking (each guest ordering 1 main dish)
          • There will be no charge for the reduction of guests.
          • £140.00 (the deposit) will then be deducted from your final bill.
        • Where only 8 guests arrive for the same booking, this will result in a loss of £40.00 from the deposit already taken.
          • Meaning only £80.00 (the deposit) will then be deduction from the final bill.
